HIGH DEGREE OF ACCEPTANCE: The TP606 Bill Validator has 64 memory areas which can program up to maximum seven different values of bills in the four directions of insertion.
The programming by Personal Computer permits to change all the 64 memory areas.
SECURE: The bills are pulled through by eight idle wheels driven by an electric stepping motor, which conveys the bill for the complete passage right up to encashment.
The bill pulling is enabled only under two conditions: when the optical door senses the bill at entry and when the side optical door senses the correct position of the bill.
The bill alignment is signalled by the arrow placed on the bezel for bill insertion.
The features of the passing bill are recognized by means of solid-state light sources, which guarantee a high reading precision and a long life for the system. The operations of regulation to allow the natural deterioration of the components, of adjustment of acceptance tolerance and of calibration of the optical sensors are managed by the firmware and are all carried out automatically.
FAST AND SIMPLE UPDATING: All programming operations are preset during the product testing phase and thus for reliable functioning of the Bill Validator no further programming is available.
The TP606 Bill Validator, thanks to the use of a microprocessor with Flash memory, can be updated to the last release very easily, without replacing any component. It is enough to connect the bill validator to the Personal Computer by means of the proper harness and make the software update.
The TP606 Bill Validator is available with metal or plastic bezel with optional illumination and can be updated by using the E.C.S. Programmer or the special PC software.
OPTIONAL: The stacker for 400 bills is available as optional. |
